In MailChimp, to find your domain's authentication information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Domains page in your Account Settings.
  2. Next to the verified email domain, you want to work with click Authenticate.
  3. In the Domain Authentication pop-up modal, you'll see what information needs to be added or changed with your domain provider.
  4. In another browser tab or window, use the information below to edit your domain's DNS record.

If you do not have an SPF record, please publish the following DNS record:

    Type: TXT
    Host: @
    Value: v=spf1 include:servers.mcsv.net -all

(Note that we recommend specifying -all instead of ?all)

If you already have an SPF record, do not publish a new one. Please update your existing SPF record to include the following:

    include:servers.mcsv.net
  5. Return to the Domains page in your MailChimp account and click Authenticate Domain.
